By role

US insider buying by role

The same twelve months of US buying, split by the job the buyer filed under. A chief executive and a newly appointed non-executive are both insiders, and they are not both saying the same thing when they buy.

ddbx started recording disclosures in March 2026, so periods described as a full year cover only the filings since then.

These groups overlap and are not meant to add up. A non-executive chair is counted under both Chair and Non-executive director. Of the 779 disclosures in the window, 186 fall into at least one group, 89 carry a job title we don’t publish a page for, and 0 were filed by someone closely associated with an insider rather than by the insider, and 504 were filed by a board member or 10% owner holding no officer post.
