US insider buying by company size

The same disclosed buying, split by how big the company is. A chief executive putting $100,000 into a $20bn company and into a $50m one are not the same act, and the size of the business is most of the difference.

ddbx started recording disclosures in March 2026, so periods described as a full year cover only the filings since then.

Of the 349 companies with disclosed buying, 10 have no market value on file. Those are left unbanded rather than guessed at.
